Each channel on its own is a data point. Correlated together inside NoliX's MIS, they become a condition, a cause and a forecast.
Temperature
Detects thermal stress, condensation risk, freeze and heat cycles, and HVAC faults. Sudden or gradual drift both matter: a slow creep toward a dew-point boundary is often the earliest sign of a condensation problem forming inside a wall.
Humidity
The single biggest driver of mold, rot, corrosion and material fatigue. Ambient humidity is tracked against local baselines for the room and season, not a single fixed threshold, so alerts reflect what's actually abnormal for that space.
Noise / Acoustic
Flags abnormal machinery, water flow, structural sounds and activity. A running toilet, a dripping pipe or a straining compressor each has a distinct acoustic signature the agents are trained to recognize.
Light
Tracks exposure, occupancy patterns and UV-driven material degradation. Useful both as a damage signal, for materials that fade or degrade under prolonged light, and as a proxy for how a space is actually being used.
Air & Particulate
Dust, smoke and gas sensing for air quality and hazard detection. Recommended for kitchens, warehouses and any site where ventilation performance or combustion risk needs to be tracked alongside the core channels.
Expandable I/O
Additional probes integrate for site-specific inspection needs, from submersible moisture probes to third-party equipment sensors, so the unit can grow with a deployment instead of being replaced.
