DrainX
DrainX measures flow rate and drain time at fixtures and floor drains. A slowing trend, long before a full blockage, is one of the earliest and most reliable signs that standing water and damp are about to become a problem somewhere in the building.
FeedsPipeX
PipeX listens for the flow-and-pressure signatures of a leak inside supply and waste lines, and estimates where along the run it's occurring. This is often the root cause behind a moisture or thermal anomaly that InspectX's own sensors pick up elsewhere in the same room.
FeedsDripX
DripX monitors toilet flush cycles and fill-valve behaviour to catch silent running and slow leaks that never show up on a water bill until months of waste have already occurred. It's usually the first device in the chain to flag a bathroom-adjacent moisture source.
FeedsTrapX
TrapX tracks movement and activity at entry points and traps, giving a live read on pest pressure instead of a monthly technician visit. Pest activity often clusters around the same damp, warm conditions InspectX and DripX are already flagging, which is exactly the kind of link MIS is built to surface.
FeedsWhy the ecosystem matters. Damage is rarely caused by one thing. A blocked drain raises humidity, which accelerates rot near a slow pipe leak, which in turn attracts pests. Individually these are alerts. Together, inside MIS, they become a root-cause chain: a connected story of how a building is failing, not a scattered list of warnings.
